Who We Are?
EPIC ME Technical Works LLC (commonly known as EPIC Lifts) is one of the leading suppliers and installers of all types of elevators. Our specialty lies in the Home (Villa & Apartment) Projects where we provide MRL (Traction) Type and Hydraulic Type Elevators as well as stairlifts, wheelchair platform lifts and Stiltz lifts to our customers.
Our core competence lies in the fact that not only do we provide a reasonable-priced solution, but we also focus on quality and service. We strive to ensure that our customers and clients get a customized solution wherein details such as cabin design, flooring, etc. can be selected from the wide range of options available. Over and above this, all our projects included a minimum of a one-year warranty as well as free maintenance for a minimum of one year.
Apart from the Home Projects, we have catered to Warehouses, Restaurants, Clinics, and Schools as well as Residential and Commercial Buildings. We have installed Dumbwaiters in food chains and clinics as well as Cargo Elevators for warehousing and logistic purposes. We are an all-stop solution when it comes to elevators.

Although established just in the last decade, we have strong partnerships with well-known brands such as ThyssenKrupp (Hydraulic and Traction Lifts), FUJI (Traction Lifts), Acorn (Stairlifts), Platinum (Stairlifts), BKG (Dumbwaiters), and various other reputed international companies. Furthermore, we are the authorized distributor for STITLZ - UK (Motor System Lift) and VITAL - Turkey (Traction and Hydraulic Lifts) for the UAE Market.
In 2019, we became part of the bigger PAI Group of Companies which in itself was founded in 1989 and now spans more than 20 companies across the GCC, Africa & India. This has given us an advantage in the market that we are in for the long term and this has enabled us to supply and service our many clients in Palm Jumeirah, Dubailand, Dunes Hotel, City Walk (Meraas), Jollibee, the Sharjah Government, Jebel Ali Freezone, etc.
